Health Quest Joins Community Partners For Safety Day In Beacon

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Health Quest Community Education will partner with local agencies for Community Safety and EMS Appreciation Day at the Beacon Elks Lodge on Saturday, May 21.

The Beacon Police Department, the Beacon Fire Department, the Beacon Lions Club and Health Quest will provide child car seat checks, toddler eye screenings and other safety information.

Dutchess County Animal Response Team will discuss disaster planning, prevention, response and recovering animals in the event of an emergency.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Beacon Elks Lodge is located at 900 Wolcott Ave.
